Sunday Sketches - Ahoy

Hello
just a page from the sketchbook for the weekend,
and for my friends over at  for Sunday Sketches,
as I am traveling and away from my studio.
I hope everyone is staying cool - 
and enjoying the weekend.

    Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend and staying cool -
    It's only in the 90s down here in Florida! Yikes, It's hotter than at my house up north!

    How strange that Florida is cooler! Well, enjoy as we swelter! haha. Love the little sailor outfit. I've always had a thing for the nautical. When my oldest was a baby it was SO 'in' and he had several little boy sailor outfits. :)

    have a great time in Florida...it is 101 here today...ugh...i used to live outside Tampa...i love FL!

    nice sketch...like the long legs and the tied jacket or sweater at the neck...

    Have fun in Florida. I lived in the Tampa Bay area for 5 years and it was nearly always hot and humid. Every year I left the area for the month of July to get away from the heat only to find everywhere else was just as hot.
    I love the beginning of this sketch and hope you post it once it's completed. Have a wonderful weekend.
