and the first idea that popped into my head was
Dorothy's famous red sparkly shoes....

I drew the image and then added her skirt with fabric
and edited it all in Paint, just trying a few new techniques

I love the use of the fabric for her skirt and her sparkly shoes are just perfect. Such a wonderful entry for this week challenge.
