Sunday Sketches - Earth Day




"The Earth Laughs in Flowers"
Emerson

 I was inspired to create something special 
for Earth Day today.
And with all of the beautiful flowers popping up everywhere I go, 
I couldn't help but think of one of my favorite quotes to illustrate....
Just imagine, if  every time we laughed, flowers began to pop up around us? 
Wow, the world would be even MORE lovely...oh, and wouldn't it smell delicious, too?
I think so!
So, I am sharing this with my friends over 
at Sunday Sketches, just in time for Earth Day....

    I love Emerson's quote and your beautiful girl that illustrates it so well. Now, everytime I look at a garden of flowers I will remember that I am not only surrounded by beauty but also by laughter. These are two of my favorite things.
