Happy Friday, friends
This weekend I plan to enjoy this beautiful spring weather. The skies are a clear bright blue, the birds are singing and I want to get outside and play in the dirt!
I am going to...
Plant some impatiens
Fill my urns with dirt and some pretty spring blossoms!
Clean off my patio...and have lunch outside
Dust off the front porch...and relax with a hot cup of coffee
...and watch my daughter's first softball game!
...and dig in the dirt for gold with my kids!

Hi Heather - sounds like you have a great weekend planned. We are heading away for the weekend to Victoria BC and I am so looking forward to the mini-break! There are of course a million things I could be taking care of here at home, but they will still be here when we get back.

Well, the first thing I want to do is my Sunday Sketch since I missed last week being very ill!
And because of being ill, my place needs picked up and cleaned now!! :D
I would also like to put to paper some other art ideas I have, too.
Hope you have fun planting! It's been raining here every single day this week. Ugh! :)
What a great spring illo! You make me want to go play in the dirt, too. In fact, I have a bag of potting soil sitting out on the deck. I think I shall repot my geraniums right now.
Good luck with the gold hunt! I hope you find a big pot of treasure.
thats what i did all day today...i went to trim a bush and i was gardening for 4 hours.... :D
