Creative Tuesdays - Rooftops

It's Tuesday, and time to visit with my friends over at Creative Tuesday's.
This week's theme was "Rooftops".
I created an image of a map for my mouse character, Madeline,
and tried to include some buildings and rooftops, that she might discover in her daily life!
Of course, there is a school and a cheese shop!

Do pop over to Creative Tuesday's and say hello to Mr. Toast and the gang!

I will see you there!

I love this...topographic illos are such a fav of mine...as a kid I would trace my fingers along the paths and imagine myself there, in those spots, that world. You have a budding story here my friend. I can't wait to see where it goes. Great color and I love the architecture.

I adore your little village. In fact, that Hickory Clock Shop could very well fit into my story of Grandfather's Clock, which I hope to revisit.

I would love to roam the streets, and visit all the places in your Mouse Town...

Darling indeed!

Heather this is a very fun painting. Love to see where Madeline lives, shops, goes to school etc. Her world is shaping up rather nicely.
