What a gorgeous little girl! It's often soooooo hard to pur a good book down! Valerie
Your girl is adorable - I love how she is peaking out from her book. I am a book lover, so I can totally relate! This is my first visit to your blog and I've enjoyed looking around. Happy PPF!

Heather ~ this painting is exquisite ~ delightful ~ so talented ~ Love it! ~thanks, namaste, carol (A Creative Harbor) ~ Happy Weekend ^_^
give that girl curls and you have painted my daughter... who at almost 16 is still falling asleep with books propped against her face.. amazing she hasn't broken her nose by now and it has been wonderful watching the titles progress from Series of unfortunate events through the dreaded twilights, through to Oscar Wilde and Dorian Grey which is her new favourite... you have captured it so perfectly the moment ... can't wait to find out what it is she is reading...wonderful work!!!
Oh, this is adorable! I'm anxious to see what's holding her attention. Happy PPF! Helen @ Natures Walk
Oh I have sure had those nights! (And with a flashlight under the covers when I was younger and didn't want my parents to know I was up reading...)
She is SO cute! I'm looking forward to the title too.

Love this illustration. It brings back happy memories of staying up half the night reading a new book. My Mom is a devout bookworm, she believed in never turning out the light on a good book.
Sooky stuff....this is right up my alley , adore good books to read at night in a comfy bed. nice work.
Enjoy your weekend .
