I agree with what you have been hearing here--she is adorable! I think she needs her own book so that we can find out what her Christmas story is. :)
i love your drawing-- and the story that goes with it. that was SO me when i was a little kid. i remember vividly waiting up for santa and swearing I heard his sleigh bells (and then being very worried that he would not come to our house and i had ruined christmas for my brother-- because, after all, he knows when you are sleeping and knows when you're awake!) :-) adorable painting!
