the weather is just gorgeous...it's the perfect summer morning...

Even my garden needs a tall glass of  lemonade today...

Wow, it's hot! They have predicted record heat here today...

102 degrees....

How am I going to beat the heat?

I am going to run through the sprinkler...

 then pour myself a tall glass of pink lemonade,

and lounge on a blanket in the shade....

with my catalogs and magazines...

a nice lazy summer day...

What do you do to beat the heat?

SNOW!

With over 17 inches of snow...I thought this picture of my good friend Mindy and her family would be appropriate! The happiness of pure fun in the snow with your family....what could be better....???

I actually painted this for their family Christmas card last year....can you spot Santa's sleigh in the backround?
