Creative Tuesdays - Heaven

To me, the holiday season is heavenly....
and even more heavenly when I am surrounded by my favorite things....
To me, the first snow, is also heavenly

There is something about the quiet beauty of the first snow,
that is just heavenly to me.
How about you?

Please join us over at Mr. Toast's Blog, for more Creative Tuesday art!
Hope to see you there!

I created the second image as a close-up watercolor
of the little snow family outside my window....they look like they are in heaven, don't they?

Mr. Toast is also hosting a Christmas Tea. Have you heard?

Oh, I love it Heather! My favorite piece of yours yet! I agree the holidays & first snow are heavenly. We don't get too much of the white stuff down here so it is especially cherished when it arrives - everything closes and the world is silenced, for a moment.

Heather, you are so right that the holidays and first snow fall are so heavenly indeed. :)

I love these and whoa, TWO of them. thank you so much. Brilliant as usual.

Heya I was here the other day and commented yet I see something has not took (maybe I did not put in the magic word?)

Well there goes that theory - well you are so lucky to have snow and so nicely captured - the look of mug happiness on the girl makes me smile, you've described the Christmas feeling so well.

But the most admirable thing is the eyes - it's so hard to get eyes looking as if they are looking behind us.

I believe you also think sitting at your table with your peppermint tea and painting is heavenly! (Me too!)

Sweet, and I especially love those snowmen! Happy Thanksgiving!

Oh yes! To see such a cute snow couple outside the window would be a dream come true! Since it doesn't snow here, I can only enjoy it on the mountains off in the distance, or by way of bloggers in snow country! The chilly temps do add a little sparkle to the holidays, don't they? :o)
