Hello Peeps & Reeses' Eggs

Well, it's time to take the Christmas Studio illustration off the blog (over there on the side bar), ---goodbye gingerbread cookies, HELLO PEEPS and Reese's Peanut Butter Eggs -

This little illustration also features artwork from my kids - see it's hanging behind me! They wanted to put something on my blog, and I LOVE it! How sweet. I have LOTS of their work strewn around my studio - my little budding artists.

So, when it comes to spring candy -

are you a Peeps person or Reese's Chocolate Peanut Butter Egg person?

I must say, I can't resist a Reese's Egg!

Your kids must be so excited to see their artwork incorporated with yours. I love how you've done the same image in different seasons.

I'm actually more of a Robin's egg (the mini malted milk balls) but if I had to choose from peeps and reeces, I would say peeps. I can get reeces cups anytime. lol

No matter the season, there's always a sweet treat to discover here at your blog! As for the candy, I'm happy with all of it, hee hee! :o)
P.S.
Kids art hanging on the walls is always so inspiring- I still have some of my teenage son's!

How sweet. Your illustrations always bring a smile. After the torrential rains yesterday, its just what I need. So nice to illustrate your children's art in the background. As for peeps or eggs, well although the peeps are cute and colorful, I do so like chocolate! No contest. :-)

Hi Heather - thanks for the sweet comment on my post - maybe we should arrange a 'bloggy block party' so we can all get together and chat with our coffees...That would be so much fun! Congrats on your feature in the book on your sidebar!!! How exciting is that!
I can't wait until you have your first book published! I just know it is coming your way soon! Kids need sweet and adorable illustrations like yours!

Hope you are having a fabulous day!

I am new to your blog. I was searching for art work for a nursery and came across Madeline. I am totally in love with her. My daughter won't know the sex of her baby until the first part of April. But if it is a girl then I will be back to get the 4 Madeline drawings. You are very talented and I think I have found a new place to buy art. Thanks for sharing. Delray Nitzel

I've had a reeces peanut butter thingamabub but not the other. We Brits find your candy a bit too sweet - especially Hershey bars! I also tried some Taffy a little while ago and thought my teeth would fall out! The Swiss and Belgians - now they know how to make chocolate....
