and the first idea that popped into my head was
Dorothy's famous red sparkly shoes....

I drew the image and then added her skirt with fabric
and edited it all in Paint, just trying a few new techniques

Gosh, Heather, this is PERFECT. Maybe my fave of yours yet some its quirky lines and etchiness with the solid paint background and a good choice of font too--simple and clean. this so makes me sparkle too. TY!!!
