Learning to live in the present moment is part of the path of joy
sarah ban breathnach
Stop.
Take a deep breath.
Enjoy this precious moment.
Enjoy the NOW.
a quiet moment on the computer....
a fresh hot cup of coffee
a day off from work
the fresh fallen snow...
the stillness of the house
a child sleeping
YOU...
NOW
This moment.
Living in the present, focusing on the now, this is where we will find joy.
Not letting your past experiences cloud or color your present.
That's the joy we get from living in the present moment.
seeing things as they are....at this moment.
enjoy the now.
Doesn't that feel good?

My very first post for my blog was all about living in the present and as an artist - it is so important to tap into one's conscience.
Off to embrace the moment and fold a load of laundry....
