With another 15 inches of snow on it's way,
Callie figured it was time surrender to another snow day....

Oh my goodness, the snow can STAY wherever it is that Callie is because I do NOT want it in my backyard! Those poor people in the Northeast daling with all that white crap; UGH!!! If it fell here in NC, we'd be buried for months :)

We had a snow day around here too although we only had about two three inches. It was pretty much melted off of everything except the grass by the end of the day.

You can keep the snow! I didn't mind it when I was a kid but not now. That is a very cute illustration.

Lovely illustration! I guess I feel differently about the snow. It is winter and I do live in the Northeast corridor of the U.S.; it can be avoided! There is a peacefulness about the snow falling and it forces me to slow down and be present, take care of how I step and to exercise (shoveling snow); so all in all it is a season. Besides, I do love hot chocolate! :)

This is simply delicious!
what an adorable painting.
when is your book going to come out?
As I say.. "you are just here waiting to be discovered"..
Susan Branch would tell you the same thing!
Just make sure you mention me in your book someday..
What..? A Dancing Mango?
LOL.. you are wonderful my friend.
Hugs, Darlene ♥

This is so appropriate and also so lovely at the same time. We are getting as much shoveled away before the nest foot of snow arrives. Stay safe!

Love this one! I'm in So. Cal where we don't get much snow so this reminds me of going up to the mountains as a kid and waking up to find it snowing...the best ever!!

Good luck in my giveaway! The eiffel photo was taken on my honeymoon and I would LOVE to go back there one day also! sigh...

Hi, I used to live in New England and remember having to surrender to the weather quite often. I sort of liked it. Your illustration makes me smile.

Adorable picture! I live in NYC - I'm sick of snow, I'm sick of complaining about snow. Where's a blowtorch when I need one?
